New Yukimi Daifuku Inspired Snacks
Yukimi Daifuku are the iconic, mochi-wrapped vanilla ice creams that Japan is famous for. But recently, 2 new snacks inspired by the dessert have been released. First, is the Yukimi Daifuku Inspired Bread: This soft bread, made with whipped cream to give it an airy texture, is filled with vanilla milk cream, which imitates the taste of the vanilla ice cream inside Yukimi Daifuku. Next, is the Yukimi Daifuku Inspired Drink: This milk-based drink tastes like vanilla ice cream, and contains soft balls made from rice flour and konnyaku, designed to imitate the chewiness of the mochi. Both items are now on sale at Family Mart, and cost ¥158 for the bread and ¥278 for the drink. Source
